Lavender and Honey Ice Cream
180 gram of caster sugar
200 gram of milk
200 gram cream
5 egg yolks
1 vanilla stick
2 teaspoons of Culinary Lavender
2 teaspoons of Flower Honey
In a saucepan over medium heat , heat the cream, milk, honey, vanilla stick and lavender flowers. Simmer for 5 minutes, strain and cool down.
Whisk yolks and sugar together till they are light and foamy. Add cooled milk and cream mixture, mix well and pour all into the ice-cream maker bowl.
Follow instruction of the ice maker machine. After several hours you can enjoy your home made lavender ice cream!
