LAVENDER RELAXING BATH

Great way to relax after busy day, revitalising, headache and body pain relieve.

​

You will need:

3 drops of lavender essential oil

5 drops of Ylang ylang essential oil

3 drops of geranium essential oil

3 drops of linden essential oil

3 drops of sage essential oil

2 table spoons of rock salt

​

Method:

Add above mentioned amount of lavender, ylang ylang, sage, geranium, linden essential oil to the rock salt, mix in dried  (even better - fresh) lavender buds. Mix well, allowing oils to be taken by the salt.

​

Add aromatic mix into filled up hot water tub, and lay down. Relax. You can stay in up to 30 minutes

Take a warm shower.

Note: Make sure you DO NOT HAVE ALLERGY on any of essential oils mentioned above!!!
